Pork Adobo Recipe
Ingredients:
Half kg Liempo cut into 2 inch pcs
Garlic
Onion
Hot Water half cup
5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
Directions:
1. Sautee onion, garlic and pork.
2. Once the pork is brown, add the water and soy sauce. Allow to boil then simmer until the pork is tender.
3. Add vinegar. Do no stir until the mixture boils again. Allow to simmer until only small amount of the sauce is left.
